Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
Outstanding marijuana warrant
I live in Ohio, and 2 years ago I did not show up to an arraignment for a misdemeanor marijuana poss in Kentucky, therefore there has been a warrant ever since. How can I go about taking care of this without being arrested.
