Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
Parolle violation
I have a nephew who walked away from a court mandated
residential drug rehab program last week. The successful
completion of that program was part of the conditions of his
probation. Previously, the judge had said that if he appears before
him again... he would be sent immediately to prison to serve his 3-
5 years on his original felony charge. However, he has
disappeared... what happens next.

What happens is that a warrant for his arrest will be issued and he will be arrested wherever he is and taken before the sentencing judge and the defendant will go to prison. If you have any more questions please call at (800)313-9619
