Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
theft by deception
Back in june of 06 I wrote a check to my bank from me to me for 500 dollars the check return as closed account causing my account to go in the negative. The bank sent the check to the county attorney and want to charge me with theft by deception

If indicted on the $500.00 amount then that would qualify as a felony offense. I would contact an attorney immediately if indicted.
