Ky dui
Husband has been chargd with DUI, reckless driving and open container. 1st offense in KY, had DUI 29 yrs ago in IN. Nothing since then There was no open cans in car but there were 3 unopened cans in a open 12 pk. but cops but ''open cans in a case''. We assume he should get a lawyer, should we and if so how do we pick a good one and just what is it he's facing?
