Legal Question in DUI Law in Kentucky

if i move to another state before completing all 52 classes in ky, what laws apply now -- new state and/or old state

also, laws for expungement -- can expunge ky dui out-of-state

Hey, make sure you get those classes set up to be transferred first or else you will end up in new state with no license!!!!!!!!!
