Underage 21 Dui

I was recently pulled over in the A.M. hours because i went through a stop light. I was charged with a Dui and I am 20. My PBT was a .085, also i am being charged with disregarding a traffic light, open container, poss of alcohol by minor, and they found a fake I.D. in my car. What do i do? What is going to happen to me? I live in KY

I would consult an attorney. There are different rules set forth for individuals under the age of 21 who are charged with DUI. If you are unable to afford an attorney, the prosecutor will most likely meet with you at your Court date and provide you with an offer which you can accept or deny.

The other charges are offenses that will be heard at the same time they take up your DUI. Let me know if there are other questions.
