Does krs 159.070 protect our children from being reassigned to a school 2 miles further away from residence even though the board is reassigning districts?

The Supreme Court is weighing this decision now and an answer should be forthcoming. Oral arguments were heard last week. Check the Supreme Court website for their decision. A Louisville woman was one of the litigants. This will certainly be the case to watch!
