Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

17 and just had a baby.

I am 17 years old and have a 6 week old baby, currently I am living with my mom and step-dad. I am having some problems where I live since I have had my baby. I was wondering if I decide to live my mother's house and live with my aunt if I would be considered a runaway and if my mom could make me come back home since I am only 17. Since I am not 18, since I have a baby can I leave my mom's house? If you could please let me know what or if any options I have. I live in Mount Washington, Kentucky. Thank you.

Having a baby does not make you emancipated (able to make your own decisions about major things like where you live). You would need your mom's permission to leave home.
