Re: child support

I am not sure that I understand your question. You say that you have a "court order" to go back for a reduction in child support. Does this mean that you have, through your attorney, filed a motion for reduction?? Normally, if the child support included an amount for insurance and you are furnishing it (in whatever form) then that, logically, would come off the child support. If you have an attorney seek his input since he knows the local situation. This is not a "do-it-yourself" project. If you do not have an attorney, consult one with a better handle on the local rules, etc than I have. It should not matter whether or not the insurance is provided through your wife's policy or not, just as long as the medical insurance is provided. I do not have enough knowledge of all of the factors in your case to really give you a working answer. Again, consult local counsel.
