Kentucky does not have a statutory emancipation law for minors. If your mother consented to you living on your own AND you prove to be responsible enough to meet your basic needs and remain safe, then you might be considered emancipated in Kentucky.

If you are in some sort of danger due to living with a "crazy" mother, then you need to contact the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, a guidance counselor, police, or some other person that can help.
