Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Is it possible to enforce property division for my divorce in Kentucky when my husband lives in another state? The legal aid website says if I use a warning officer I can't, that he has to be personally served, but then it also says if the other party has never lived in this state it can't be enforced either. What are my options?

If the divorce was settled in Kentucky the. You can enforce it in Kentucky with proper notice by mail to your former spouse. If the divorce has not been filed and he has never been to Kentucky then you may not be able to do a property division in this state. I would consult an attorney in person about this matter as there are more facts necessary to give you appropriate advice.
