Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My ex husband says if my boyfriend moves in with me then he (my ex) can get sole custody of our 4 year old because I am living with someone and not married. My boyfriend has no criminal record or anything. Is that true?

Not likely. If you are a custodial parent, the Court will assume that you are responsible enough to only allow your children around people who will not harm them. The Court will not get involved in moral discussions regarding whether or not you should be married before moving in with someone unless you and your ex have agreed to a strict set of moral guidelines for your children.
