My husband and i were married from 1984-1999 when we divorced. we moved back in together after a few months and lived together and remarried in 2007. if we divorce now am i entitled to half of our property?? we have 2 children who are 16 and 19 y/o. we live in kentucky right now. we were remarried in georgia.

Marital assets will be divided up "in just proportions" which often means equally. What I cannot know from what you wrote what are marital assets and what are not. Most likely, you will not be able to undo whatever settlement was reached in the first divorce, but it is worth talking to a lawyer to figure it out.
