I was with my husband for 10 years, married for 7, he would never allow me to work and he was abusive to me and he has temporary joint custody of our son with him as primary What am I entitled to in the divorce by law?.

You are not necessarily entitled to anything. Entitled is probably the incorrect word in this scenario. Without any facts surrounding the case it's hard for me to give you an idea of what you are looking at as it relates to custody and/or any other marital issues. I would suggest, if possible, contacting an attorney and visiting with them. It appears that you've already had a temporary hearing regarding custody so you may have already retained someone.
