Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Moving

In a few weeks my sister who is visiting ky is going back to florida where she lives, I plan on going back woth her and living with her, also attending school there. So how do i go about leaving my mother to where my sister can take me to the doctoirs, get me into school, etc?

You are apparently under 18 years of age. You would need to get your mother to give guardianship of you to your sister through probate court.
