Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

School

Iam quiting work for two years to go to respitory school it is 5 days a week . How will this effect my child support and my childs insurance. I have joint custody and his mom is threatening to take me to court over this. I just want to make a better way for my child. She quit work to go to rn school so why cant i quit for respitory school. I pay 150 a month in child support now. Please help me. I love my child and want the best for him, that is the only reason why iam going to school.

You need to file a motion to modify your child support. Going to respiratory school is an honorable thing to do and so the judge is likely to look more favorably on your situation.
