Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Separation- wife draining bank accounts- selling my personal property-etc

My wife left recently, drained our joint account, sold my motorcycle, took the best vehicle, left me with the house (no equity ). Do i have any recourse? Was she within her rights to decide what is hers and what is mine? Can a judge order her to pay back at least half of the community assets? If i want custudy of minor child should i strike first. Are there any other steps i can take to insure success in this manner? I feel i've been used. We both hold the same positions in the same company. She would never have been promoted to the extent that she was were it not for me. As soon as she found that i was related to the company owners she dropped her boyfriend at the time and got with me (i believe in hindsight ). Please can you offer me some advice. This person is heartless and i don't want my child growing up this way. Borderline sociopath. Help please!!!

Why are you wasting time? She has to account for the property. See an attorney. In order to give you a good answer, a lot of different information is needed.
