Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My ex wife allowed my two children (11 and 13) to come live with me, because I can provide a more stable family household. What do I need to do to stop the child support payments from coming out of my check?

You need an order from the court. Contact the county attorney's child support office, they could probably provide you with an agreed order.

If you cannot obtain an agreed order, you need to file a motion to modify child support. It is important to file that soon because the law only mandates modification to be retroactive to the date that the motion was filed, not to the date the children started living with you.
