Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My wife and I seperated my 9yr old daughter was with her but now she has moved in with her boyfriend and left my daughter in our old residence with drug addicts and does not stay there herself is there a way to get my daughter with. Me and out of that environment

You need to call the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Division of Protection and Permanency and make a neglect referral. You can do this anonymously if you choose to do so. You can also file a petition with the courts to get her to reside with you, but based on what you described, I recommend calling the child abuse hotline first.
