Automobile crash with bowored car

The problem is I let a friend borrow my, car three other people heard her say she would pay for it if she recked it. She has made no tempt to pay for it. Although she got a loan to pay for a new car of her own what should i do? I am not telling the innsurrance. Please Help!!!

Sue her. Regardless of what she said, if she was at fault in causing the wreck, you have a claim against her for damaging your property. Just because you loaned her the vehicle doesn't relieve her of her negligence.
