Judgements
If you take someone to small claims court and win a judgement against them, will the court set up payment schedule or is the defendant allowed to make payments of their choice of amounts until debt satisfied? If payments not made can then you go back to court for garnishment

The court has an information booklet which
explains much of this. The bottom line is
garnishment if the judgment is not paid in a
timely manner.
