This is Neal currently working with it firm . They filed my H1b petition for this Fiscal year

> in one week. But my Opt-ext is going to expired on 15th January 2011 my question is Once H1b file and decision is pending, can i able to continue my work after OPT expires?

Hi,

You can continue working on OPT, as the H1B petition was filed before the visa cap was reached and is pending with the USCIS.
