No-fault law

My son was killed in our car,while driving drunk.i have liability ins.which will cover the other guys truck.Can i collect his funeral expenses from our ins.co.?

You have a $1000.00 death benfit with your PIP coverage, and your sons heirs at law can claim the remaining $9,000 in PIP coverage as loss of earnings. Feel free to call me if you have any questions. I'm sorry for your loss.
