Legal Question in Employment Law in Kentucky

My boss is writing notes with people's names on them and what they supposedly did and posting them on the wall with a requirement that we all sign them, and give her permission to take money from us for gas drive offs.

when I refused to sign her note, she called me at 4 in the morning to complain. And threadtened to fire me.

Now she is holding a meeting tuesday, and claims she can make us show up and not pay us. She also claims that she can fire us if we don't show up and listen to her go on about each other for free.

This is just the most recent example of her behavior.

things like this have been going on for months. Is there anything I can do to stop her from doing this to me and the other employees?

Yes. Report the matter to the Labor Cabinet. There should be a number on that poster everyone has to hand with the labor laws printed on them. Otherwise Google. If you work, you should be paid. End of story.
