Legal Question in Employment Law in Kentucky

My previous employer deposited money into my bank account in kY and then ten days later took it out of my account. I had not been employed by them for 3 months prior. How can they have access to my account? I didn't sign anything to authorize this. What do I need to do?

They don't have access to your account. Someone mistakenly made a deposit to your account, which the bank corrected. The money wasn't yours; they took it back. There isn't anything to be done.
