Legal Question in Employment Law in Kentucky

Work at an ambulance service. we work 24 hours on then 24 hours on call. we receive 3.50 per hour when on call. when we get called in we then receive overtime for that. employer is wanting to get rid of call but give employees no further compensation. we will loose approx 2000.00 annually with out it and receive no compensation back. we are a non profit due to being emergency services.
