There aren't exactly state-wide housing laws in Kentucky; housing laws are specific to local rules and ordinances. There is the Uniform Residential Landlord Tenant Act, codified in the Kentucky Revised Statutes, but it is only in effect in cities which have adopted it. Generally speaking, however, non payment of rent, some sort of disruptive/destructive behavior or other violation of legal provisions in the lease agreement will get you evicted from a rental property. The landlord can file for forcible detainer, give you 7 days notice to go to court, and if the court orders you out, tell you how long you have to get out. If you don't, you'll be removed by the sheriff and the locks will be changed.
