terminating lease grace period
Is there a certain grace period in which i can terminate my lease and still get my money back? I moved in today and my boyfriends truck already got broken into and robbed. Now I dont feel safe being there. What can i do?

Call the police and rent a garage.Is BF a tenant on the lease?There is no "grace period", unless the lease states one (highly doubtful).
