My Mother's will
In my Mothere's will she leaves everything to her three children. ($50,000.00) Not much. My brother has passed away and his wife passed away. Does any part of this go to their children?

The will should cover that situation. Often the children succeed to the inheritance their deceased parents would have gotten, and sometimes the will specifies that the deceased's share shall be divided between the remaining heirs. One must read the will to find out.
