Legal Question in Personal Injury in Kentucky

I was in a car accident on 1-1-11,i was the driver,it was my car,and it was my fault.I was taken to ER by state patrol.I was treated for broken rib,stitches between eyes,neck and back pain.they x-rays and c scan.i have been to the doctors maybe 5 times and on april 1 i just had a mri on my neck. i have had constant neck pain,ecpecially looking towards left.I had liability insurance only.my pip is $10000.Can i sue insurance company.it was my car,it was my liability insurance,it was my fault.

Sue them for what? Did they act in bad faith and not pay out your PIP coverage? The accident was your fault, and regardless, if they paid out your personal injury protection coverage policy of $10,000, (which should have paid at least your ER visit), that's all you get. You can raise the limits of your PIP coverage, just as you can other policy limits, but once it's maxed out, that's all there is.
