Legal Question in Personal Injury in Kentucky

A very recent auto accident in a 2004 Jeep Liberty, resulted in significant front end damage and rear end damage.. However, the airbags did not deploy... Most, everyone who see the Jeep thinks the airbags should have deployed...If a certified auto boby tech agrees and a problem was found with the deployment of the airbags, would that justify a lawsuit?

The Jeep Liberty has had reported problems associated with a delay in the deployment of the air bag system.

If you were in an auto accident and were injured because your air bags failed to properly deploy, you should speak with a product liability attorney to determine if you have a good case.

However, you should know that even if your air bags failed to properly deploy, your case may not be worth pursuing unless you have significant personal injuries. Product liability cases can be very expensive and unless you have a significant injury, the benefits of pursuing a lawsuit may be outweighed by the costs of litigation.
