Legal Question in Personal Injury in Kentucky

I own a small restaurant and I had a customer slip and fall. The customer was very intoxicated and appears to be done on purpose. We had caution signs posted throughout restaurant and have it on our security system. The customer called and told us the hospital wants to know where he sends the bill to us to pay. Are we liable?

It doesn't sound like it from those facts, but obviously I haven't seen any of the evidence or interviewed any parties.

Hopefully you have premises liability insurance. If so, contact your insurance provider immediately, and absolutely do not pay any medical bills or make any statements to the injured party or his attorney. (You know he's got one by now.)
