Legal Question in Product Liability in Kentucky

I recently bought a used truck for my son who is 19 years old. The dealership sold me a truck with a broken frame. Is this legal? Can they sell vehicles that are not safe to drive?

Nope. Get an attorney, one who does consumer law (products liability is something else entirely).
