i suffered toxic shock syndrome due to tampons

I suffered toxic shock due to the use of tampons in Feb. of 1996. I was wondering if the statute of limitations for the personal and emotional damages has passed? And if not, do I have a chance at recieving compensation for my physical & emotional pain and suffering? I still suffer to this day because of TSS. I need some help finding an attorney that is willing to take my case because noone I have contacted around here wants to touch this case because I would be suing a large multimillion dollar company. Any help you can provide for me would be greatly appreciated. You are probably my last hope.

To be worth a suit against a large pharmaceutical company of this sort the damages you have suffered would have to be substantial. Otherwise, the suit costs more than the recovery and you end up with nothing. I will not be in the office until after Labor Day. Call me after 9/7/99 and we can discuss whether you have a case.
