Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Kentucky
mortage contracts
I am at the very end of the business at hand. contract was signed and finances approved, still need to have appraisal finished and proff of insurance. no money at all has been given. can I back out of this contract.

It's impossible to know without seeing the Contract. However, it sounds like it's too late if your loan goes through. In practice though, if you've given no money it may be tough for the other party to sue you and get a judgment to enforce against you.
