Right of way
I have a right of way through my neighbors property to my home . He has put up two cattle gates on this right of way. Can he legally impede my right of way?

It would be difficult,if not impossible, to give an answer on the facts you describe. How was the right-of way granted? By Deed or reservation or just be use? Do others use it? Have you been prevented from using it? Is it fenced on both sides? To whom does the responsibility for upkeep fall? the only way to get an answer and advice on your problem is from a "face to face" consultation with a local attorney. A title exam may be necessary.
