Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Kentucky

He wants to rent, and we dont

myself, My Sister and my dad own land in KY. Its a house with 17 ackers of land. my dad own 3/4 and myself and my sister own 1/8 each. he has told us for about a year that he was going t see it and give us our money. Then he says hes going to rent a three bedroom house for 150.00 a month. My sister and i want to sell it. do we have to let him rent it out?

You can bring suit to have it divided or sold
