Small claims court
I had a small claims against a renter for damage and not paying rent the Judge granted the claim in my favor for $599.00 plus court cost. Now the company she works for refused to take money out of her wages. they filled the order of garinshment out and sent it back to me with no money and one to the courts they have been contacted.
