Same Sex Sexual Harassment In The Workplace
Several occasions of a co-worker rubbing his penis on common areas of the work place. I have one incident which two people signed statements on. I filed a grievence using our procedure. It ended up with a letter stating sorry but the people involved have resigned or retired. I still have to work with the person that I filed the grievence against who now have made my work place uncomfortable. What are my options?
