Hi I think I HAVE A airtight sexual harassment case against my x employer part of the reason I recently quit.I live in IL.but the case would be in Ky.Would I have to get a ky.lawyer or could someonefrom my area take care of it?Its 4 and a half hours between the 2 points kinda tough to go back and forth.I dont think it would ever make it to court but then who knows.Alos how soon as far as a time frame would I have to take action?Thank you for your time any help would be greatly appreciated

The matter belongs in the state, Ky., were the incidents occurred during the course of employment.
