Children Left out of Will

Does children of a deceased parent have any claim to an estate that they were left out of? The whole estate was left in a will to (1) child and nothing was left to the other (2) children.

While there is no absolute right of a child to

inherit from a parent under Kentucky law, there

may be issues to explore as to whether challenging

the will would be productive. For example, was

the will made at a time when the mental capacity

of the deceased parent might have been impaired.
