Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kentucky

contesting an estate

how woud i go about contesting an estate? My aunt recently that died in kentucky. My sister and my aunt both have thei names on the deed to the house because of a survivorship clause thre will be no probate and the house will pass to my sister. My aunt told me that she wanted to provide for both myself and my handicapped brother. My sister abused her power of attorney over my aunt and claned out my aunt's bank account. also my sister negligent and left my semi-ambulatory alone in my sister's house where she fell and broke her hip. after my aunts accident i took care of her for approximately three years and only stopped taking care of her , because my sister was so evil to insinuate that a dose of promethazine i gave my aunt put her in the hospital. Anyway is there a way i can contest the estate ? Even if I don't get anything, is there any way at all i can get this matter probated? Because even if my brother would not get anything from the sale of my aunt's house i would like to prevent my sister from selling the house for as long as possible.

Re: contesting an estate

You can go to the district court in the county where your aunt resided and file to probate the estate and have yourself named as Administrator of the estate.
