Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kentucky

My father's will was changed on a day when my father was in a coma before he died and now my sister is getting more than what was once supposed to be equal. I don't think it's his signature. What can I do about it?

You will need an attorney but you can object to the probate of the will and request a hearing. That will be the first step. It's difficult to say what else you can do without seeing the purported Will or speaking with you. It's very important you speak with a probate or estate planning attorney to help you with this.

I hope this has helped and I wish you all the best.

Thanks,
