Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kentucky

Along with my other siblings i inherited my mother's house.I moved out of that address four months ago. I had been receiving mail at that address. But no mail has come for me there in over two months, even things I bought. My sister is the executor and she says it is illegal for me to receive mail there and has been marking all my mail return to sender. I am convinced that what she is doing is wrong and I would like to see her prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Additionally she has not reimbursed me from the estate, for spending 800 dollars to fix the furnace. What are my options. Short of a trial can the probate court remove her as executor. If they cannot remove her, then can they place stipulations on her future behavior if she wishes to continue.in that role I am a benefactor and I feel like I am being short changed and harrassed.

I'm a little confused about where exactly you're living and why you're getting mail somewhere you aren't living, but if the house was left to you and your siblings, likely the house is to be sold and the proceeds divided. Depending on what is actually going on with the estate, she may not be acting inappropriately. If you think she is, then you should seek a full consultation with an attorney. As for your mail, if you aren't living there, why would your mail be going there? It isn't a violation of the law for her to return your mail to the sender if you aren't living there.
