Legal Question in Disability Law in Louisiana

I live in Louisina in a subdivision. The roads in this subdivision are privately own and the landownder have rights of way. The property originally was maintained by a local LLC but was sold to another LLC and the contract was signed by a CPA representing this LLC. They say the owner of the LLC is a secret. The roads are in disrepair and neither the former owners or the current owners want to take responsiblity. What are my options and legal rights?

The documents creating the subdivision, and your act of sale should say exactly who is responsible for the road maintenance. Also look at the subdivision restrictions. In any event, the owner of the road is who you sue first and they will bring into the suit anyone else who could be responsible. It appears that the owners may have asked the city/parish to take over maintenance of the roads and they were denied that and now they are trying to get the owners to bit** to the parish or city and get them to take over the maintenance.
