banking saying fraud
if i owe $30K due to a mistake I made but I call to say I'm willing to pay but need some time to take care of it, what could the bank do? I mean I'm willing to pay but just don't have $30 in one lump sum

What kind of mistake?it range from lawsuits to jail to deportation depending on your circumstances.
