Limited Libility Corporation
Does the spouse of a member of a LLC have any entitlement to ownership? Example if divorce can the spouse get money from LLC?
Distribution does become community property...correct?

Any property obtained during the marriage becomes community with certain exceptions. However, income from any source generated during the marriage is community.
