radiator rip-off
My car was overheating and I took it to a new repair shop. They said the radiator was clogged up and would need to be flushed. The hoses would need replacing too. I was charged $850.00 (with tax). Later, one of the hoses came off and someone who is very knowledgeable helped us and told us that we had been overcharged since a new radiator was not put in and they just cleaned the one we had. I'm wondering if I have a case for small claims court?

From what you have told me, yes you have a claim. Small claims court is at 233 St. Louis St., Baton Rouge, La.
