Tax Responsibilty as a Wholesaler
I am starting a business as a wholesale distributor of sports merchandise. What is my tax liabilty on my merchndise? I am not involved in retail sales.

It all depends on how you structure your business. Talk with an accountant or attorney because you are investing too much to screw it up from the start.
