Legal Question in Technology Law in Louisiana

There is a kid who keeps chatting with me on facebook saying "Noone likes you, everyone hates you, fuck you, you a compulsive lier, you cheat on all of you test, your a loser, your a doushe. Then he has accused me multiple times on facebook and at school in front of teachers and has told teachers that i bullied a kid in my class which i have not done this at all, i have never said a mean thing to anyone. So i am wondering if i can press charges for anything and file a lawsuit on this matter. Thanks

If you are being bullied or threatened there are criminal laws in place to deal with cyberbullying, etc. You should gather any evidence, witnesses, etc. and report it to law enforcement.
